Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund for a digital game code?
Because digital codes are instantly revealed and unique, they cannot be refunded once delivered or displayed. If your key remains unrevealed in your dashboard, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
What is your return policy for physical game discs?
For physical items, you can apply for an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided that the outer protective plastic wrap and the official security seal remain completely unbroken and unopened.
