Digital Products
All digital purchases including game codes, PSN wallet top-ups, and downloadable content are non-refundable once the code has been delivered or redeemed. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product for your region and platform before completing your order.
Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Eligibility for Refunds

- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product was not delivered within the stated timeframe
- The digital code provided is invalid or already used
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Redeemed digital codes
- Opened physical game cases
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
